City Council Summary Ordinance 720ASUMMARY ORDINANCE NO. 720A CITY OF MONTICELLO WRIGHT COUNTY, MINNESOTA A SUMMARY ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY OF MONTICELLO ZONING ORDINANCE WITHIN THE CITY OF MONTICELLO FOR CHAPTER 2, SECTION 4 SPECIFIC REVIEW PROCEDURES & REQUIREMENTS, CHAPTER 3, SECTION 4 RESIDENTIAL BASE ZONING DISTRICTS, CHAPTER 3, SECTION 7 OVERLAY ZONING DISTRICTS, CHAPTER 4, SECTION 10 GRADING, DRAINAGE, STORMWATER MANAGEMENT & EROSION CONTROL, CHAPTER 5, SECTION 1 USE TABLE, CHAPTER 5, SECTION 2 USE -SPECIFIC STANDARDS, CHAPTER 5, SECTION 3 ACCESSORY USE STANDARDS, AND CHAPTER S, SECTION 4 DEFINITIONS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on May 13, 2019, Ordinance No. 720 was adopted by the City Council of the City of Monticello, Minnesota. Due to the lengthy nature of Ordinance No. 720, the following Summary Ordinance No. 720A has been prepared for publication as authorized by state law. The ordinance adopted by the Council amends Title 10 of the Monticello Zoning Code. The general purpose of the ordinance amendments are to amend Planned Unit Development Districts and related land use in chapters and sections with changes to the following: 3.2 (2): Allowable Yard Encroachments 3.4 (H) Table 3-3: Development Standards 3.4 (I): Table 3-9: Development Standards 4.10 (D): Grading, Drainage, Stormwater Management, and Erosion Control Plan Requirements 4.10 (17)(3): Construction Requirements — Pollution Prevention Measures 5.1 —Table 5-1: Uses by District 5.2 (E): Regulations for Office Uses 5.3 (F)(19): Offices (Commercial) 5.2 (F)(19): Offices (Professional) Including Financial Institutions 5.3 — Table 5-4: Accessory Uses By District A printed copy of the whole ordinance is available for inspection by any person during the City's regular office hours.
