There appeared to be some inconsistency as a larger lot is required for a single family residence and 2 family residential unit than for a 4 family unit. Consideration of Rezoning a portion of Lot 1, Block D, from R-B to B-4. Dr. Kasper discussed with the Planning Commission his intent to purchase a 65' x 76' lot from Red Michaelis to build a chiropractic office. The lot is currently zoned R-B. . The proposed clinic would be 24' x 32' and would require 7 off street parking spaces. The consensus of the committee was to hold a public hearing on June 1, 1976 to consider the rezoning of Lot 1, Block D from R-B to B-4 for use as a medical clinic. . 4.
