City Council Ordinance 16ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
The City Council of Monticello hereby
ordains the following zoning ordinance amendment:
Section 10-13-4 under conditional uses
for a B-3 (Highway Business) district,
animal pet clinics be added as sub -section
(H) with the following conditions attached:
1. annual inspection by city's health
officer at owner's expense.
2. all pets must be leashed.
3. treatment to be limited to house-
hold pets.
