Special meeting of the village council held this date inthe visage council room.
Members present:- 0 jakangas, Baker, Kasper & Swanson. Absent- Adams.
Motion by Swanson to adopt ordinance #141 regulating the barb ng of trash &
garbage in the village limits, Seconded by Baker and carried,
Motion by Baker to certify � ,000.00 money on deposit in @eneral Improvement fund,
which is money far debt retirement, to the General Improvemm t blind levy f 1960,
Seconded by Swanson and carried.
Motion by Kasper to set 1962 levy at the folio ing: Revenue- 13,000.00• Streets -
4,000,00; PElil 21500.00; Audit- 471,000,00; Building & Bonds at $39500. ?•

There was a discussion on the request for a permit for a used car lot by
E. Lindenfelser. No motion made.
Motion by Kasper that Bill Hart be contacted to give an estimate on cost of
steralizing the village water lines with chlorine. Seconded by Swanson and carried.
