City Council Summary Ordinance 797AORDINANCE NO.800 CITY OF MONTICELLO WRIGHT COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE XV, § 153.047 OF THE MONTICELLO CITY CODE, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, AMENDING THE MONTICELLO LAKES PUD DISTRICT, PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT: THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELL0 HEREBY ORDAINS: Section 1. Section § 153.047, Section Q (2), Monticello Lakes PUD District, is hereby amended to read as follows: (Q) Monticello Lakes PUD District (2) Permitted Uses. Permitted principal uses in the Monticello Lakes PUD District shall be a maximum of 200 units of multiple family residential uses as found in the R-4 Medium and High Density Residence District of the Monticello Zoning Ordinance, subject to the approved Final Stage Development Plans dated December 6, 2021, and development agreement dated December 13, 2021, and plans as amended and approved on March 13, 2023. subiect to the conditions of approval imposed by City Council Resolution No. 2023-23, and as may be amended. The introduction of any other use or change in density shall be reviewed under the requirements of the Monticello Zoning Ordinance, 153.047(0)(9)(b) — Planned Unit Developments for Development Stage PUD and Final St -axe PUD. Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to mark the official zoning map to reflect this ordinance. The map shall not be republished at this time. Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to make the changes required by this Ordinance as part of the Official Monticello City Code, Title XV, Zoning Ordinance, and to renumber the tables and chapters accordingly as necessary to provide the intended effect of this Ordinance. The City Clerk is further directed to make necessary corrections to any internal citations that result from said renumbering process, provided that such changes retain the purpose and intent of the Zoning Ordinance as has been adopted. Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and publication. The ordinance in its entirety and map shall be posted on the City website after publication. Copies of the complete Ordinance and map are available online and at Monticello City Hall for examination upon request. CITY OF MONTICELLO WRIGHT COUNTY, MINNESOTA SUMMARY ORDINANCE NO. 797A AN ORDINANCE CODIFYING THE CITY OF MONTICELLO'S ZONING CODE INTO TITLE XV, CHAPTER 153, MONICELLO ZONING ORDINANCE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on February 13, 2023, Ordinance No. 797 was adopted by the City Council of the City of Monticello, Minnesota. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, because of the lengthy nature of Ordinance No. 797, the following summary of the ordinance has been prepared for publication as authorized by state law. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the ordinance adopted by the City Council amends Title XV of the City of Monticello's Zoning Code. The general purpose of the ordinance is to add sections on Electric Vehicle Charging Station Facilities by amending the following: Section 153.012 - Definitions Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Station Facility Vehicle Fuel Sales Fuel Pump Section 153.091— Use -Specific Standards (e) Uses not provided for within zoning districts (29) Vehicle Fuel Sales Section 153.092 — Accessory Use Standards Adding: Electric Vehicle Charging Station Facility A printed copy of the whole ordinance is available for inspection by any person during the City's regular office hours or on the City's website.
