2. CONSIDERATION TO REVIEW INDUSTRIAL LAND USE RATIOS TO
DETERMINE NEED AND REQUEST FOR PLANNING COMMISSION TO
RETHINK THE PROPOSED COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR THE
SOUTH AND WEST CORRIDORS.
a) Review land use ratio information provided by Northwest Consultants.
b) Review land use ratio information provided by other communities.
c) What is Monticello's current residential and commerciaUindustrial balance?
d) Is this the balance desired? If not, what is a recommended balance?
e) If necessary, determine who and the strategy for the recommended balance
presentation to the Planning Commission on April 7, 1998.
