Property Owner Issues VAJv ' The agenda was amended to include a discussion on property owner issues as requested Jeff O'Neil. Jeff gave the committee a handout which included issues and data that a f by available developable land as they relate to the CSAH 18 interchange. Discuss CORSIM Analysis FHWA Concerns — Mr. Graeber questioned if preliminary analysis h ad been to analyze the configuration of the CSAH 18 interchange before Rfore a full CO S completed is completed. It was stated that the original Interchange Access Request aanalysis FHWA would be a representation of preliminary analysis of the I94 operations. Wby has also completed some SYNCHRO analysis on the current configuration of the SB CSAH 18 interchange at the ramp terminals and other surface street intersections. Mr. Graeber requested to review the SYNCHRO analysis. analysis prior to starting the CORSIM Mr. Graeber also expressed the concern that interchanges that connect into city streets a FHWA has for folded diamond precludes possible improvements to the interchange ramp terminals.
