The purpose of this letter is to revise the date and location of the joint PAC/TAC meeting for the
CSAH 18/I-94 Interchange Construction Project.
The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, January 12, 2005, from 3:30-4:30 p.m. at the
Academy Room in Monticello City Hall.
The PAC/TAC meeting will update committee members on the status of the project. The
tentative agenda for the meeting is as follows:

2. Status of Preliminary construction documents
Final construction documents
Right-of-way documents
3. Construction staging/traffic control
4. Bridge/corridor aesthetics
