2021-00085CITY OF MONTICELLO AS-BUILT SURVEY REQUIREMENTS CHECKLIST Upon completion of the final lot grading, the permittee shall submit to the City of Monticello certification that the final lot grading is in compliance with the approved site grading plan as part of the building permit. The certification shall be signed by a registered Minnesota land surveyor. The certification shall contain at a minimum the information: Indicate permanent iron monuments at each lot corner. Dimension from house to lot lines and from O.H.W. & Bluff Line of rivers, creeks, lakes, and Type 4 and 5 wetlands. As-built elevations of lot corners. As-built elevations at building corners. As-built elevations on the side yard swales at the extension of building corners and high points. Proposed and as-built elevations of garage slab and lowest floor on walkouts. Top of curb elevation at the extension of property lines and center of driveway. Elevations and location of any critical drainage ways located on the site (natural or man-made) indicated with drainage arrows and percentage of slope. Label all adjacent street and railroad right-of-way. Erosion control and required landscape finishes (sod, grass, trees). Driveway location, width at lot line, % of slope. Show decks, porches, cantilevers and bay windows. Show individual significant trees 36” DBH (Diameter Breast Height)or larger Retaining wall top and bottom elevations. Show adjacent property topo related to drainage with arrows Sump pump outlet location on building footprint (natural drainage or piped to curb) Show any Drain Tile installed in the yard.
