We will be using approximately 60 parking spaces in our parking lot to display and sell flowers,
potting soil, and mulch to our customers. It will be available 24 hours a day to the customer.
The dates of operation will be April 15, 2016-July 15, 2016. We will ensure necessary safety of
all customers and public by displaying products in stable and safe ways, and ensure the area is
marked off correctly. This will not require any permanent alterations to our site nor will have
any noise impacts to the residents of the neighborhood. We will ensure any temporary signs
relating to the area will be taken down immediately when the date of operation is over. We are
still able to accommodate our customer traffic and parking by putting the area in the right
corner of the parking lot by our garden center, which is easy access for customers and is
normally our least used space in the parking lot.
