DC Power Wire Specification: Wiring used for +24VDC and/or -48VDC power will be RHH (or RHW; or dual rated RHH/RHW RHW-2] if required), limited smoke (LS per UL1685), stranded copper, non -halogenated, UL listed, CSA certified. Class I strand is recommended (extra -flexible) but Class B strand is acceptable. It is highly recommended that the wire have an additional flame-retardant cotton - braided cover for added cut -through resistance and cable tray rating (interpret: cable rack). This type wiring is readily available through most suppliers. RHH wire [standard Cingular Wireless specification for DC wiring] is rated for dry and damp locations. RHW & RHW-2 wire is rated for dry and wet locations.) Wire size and installation must comply with NEC and AT&T installation & grounding policies. If scope can be completed, while only bringing down a sector at a time, and without causing additional delays, please do so. Otherwise the entire site will need to be brought down.
