The tower was originally designed for a wind speed of 85 mph per TIA/EIA-222-F. The tower has been modified per reinforcement drawings prepared by GPD Associates, Inc, in April of 2008. Reinforcement consists of the addition of base plate stiffeners. 2) ANALYSIS CRITERIA The structural analysis was performed for this tower in accordance with the requirements of TIA-222-G Structural Standards for Steel Antenna Towers and Antenna Supporting Structures using a 3-second gust wind speed of 90 mph with no ice, 50 mph with 0.75 inch ice thickness and 60 mph under service loads, exposure category C with topographic category 1 and crest height of 0 feet.
