AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 36 -FEE SCHEDULE,
BY AMENDING PARK DEDICATION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO ORDAINS:
Section 1.
Section 2.
The Fee Schedule of the Monticello City Code shall be amended by adding the
following fees:
Community Development
•Park Dedication
Land dedication of 1,370 square feet per residential unit; or
-Cash-in-lieu of land dedication of $3630 per residential unit; or
-Combination thereof
This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Monticello on this 22nd day of June, 2026.
