RESOLUTION 2026-57
RESOLUTION APPROVING FIRST AMENDMENT TO
DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the City and Kid's Haven of Monticello Holdings, LLC ("Developer") entered
into a Development Contract dated March 9, 2026 ("Contract") for the Jefferson Commons Fifth
Addition; and
WHEREAS, the City and Developer have determined that a cross -access easement is not
necessary between Lot 1, Block 1, Jefferson Commons Fifth Addition and Lot 1, Block 1, Jefferson
Commons Second Addition where the theater is located as provided in the First Amendment to
Development Contract for the Jefferson Commons Fifth Addition ("Amendment"); and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Contract to delete the requirement for the cross -
access easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Monticello, Minnesota the
Amendment is hereby approved.
ADOPTED this 22nd day of June, 2026, by the City Council of the City of Monticello, Minnesota.
