RESOLUTION 2026-47
RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK CONTRACT WITH RICE LAKE
CONSTRUCITON GROUP FOR THE MONTICELLO SUPPLY TREATMENT PLANT
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a contract with Rice Lake Construction Group for
Construction Manager at Risk Preconstruction Services for the Monticello Water Supply
Treatment plant on June 23, 2025; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to request for qualifications and request for proposals in
accordance with Minnesota State Statute 471.463; and
WHEREAS, bids were received from qualified bidders for the 36 bid packages for the
project; an
WHEREAS, the Monticello Water Supply Treatment Plant guaranteed maximum price is
$41,775,323.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA: that
the Construction Manager at Risk contract with Rice Lake Construction Group for the
Monticello Water Supply Treatment Plant for a Guaranteed Maximum Price of $41,775,323.
ADOPTED this 26th day of May, 2026 by the City Council of the City of Monticello, Minnesota.
