RESOLUTION
ITIS RESOLVED that the City of Monticello enter into MnDOT Agreement No. 1062477 with the State of
Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes:
To provide for payment by the State to the City for the use of School Boulevard and Edmonson Avenue as
a detour route during the construction to be performed upon, along, and adjacent to Trunk Highway
No. 25 from Catlin Avenue in Buffalo to Kjelberg Court in Monticello under State Project No. 8605-54
(T.H. 25=025).
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to execute the Agreement and any
amendments to the Agreement.
