RESOLUTION NO. 2026-31
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PUBLIC UTILITIES
FOR THE STONY BROOK VILLAGE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the Stony Brook Village Development Contract was approved on September 13,
2021, and
WHEREAS, the public utility improvements consist of sanitary sewer and watermain in the
Stony Brook Plat; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA that the public
utility improvements of sanitary sewer and watermain are completed under said contract and
hereby accepted and approved and that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to accept the
improvements, contingent on:
1) Receipt of replacement letter of credit in the amount of 10% for warranty requirements.
2) Execution and recording of the Amendment to Development Contract and Planned Unit
Development for Stony Brook Village.
