NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on June 8, 2026, Ordinance 869 was adopted by the City
Council of the City of Monticello, Minnesota. Due to its lengthy nature the following Summary
Ordinance 869A was prepared for publication as authorized by state law.
The ordinance adopted by the Council amends the Monticello City Code, Title IV,
Chapter 153: Zoning Ordinance by amending the following sections:
