APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR OFF -SITE PREMISE PERMIT FOR MONTICELLO YOUTH
HOCKEY PROGRAM, INC. AT MONTICELLO COUNTRY CLUB
WHEREAS, the City of Monticello has received an application for an off -site gambling
permit application of the Minnesota Lawful Gambling Permit filed by Stacey Kroll; and
WHEREAS, the Monticello Youth Hockey Program, Inc. will be conducting off -site
gambling at the Monticello Country Club on September 12, 2026;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL that the application by the for the
Monticello Youth Hockey Program, Inc. to conduct off -site gambling at the Monticello Country
Club, 1209 Golf Course Road, Monticello, Minnesota on September 12, 2026.
