RESOLUTION NO. 2026-88
RESOLUTION APPROVING VACATION OF EASEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 4152.851, after two (2) weeks
published and posted notice of the hearing and after mailing written notice of the hearing at least
ten (10) days before a hearing to each property owner affected by the proposed vacation; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing on the vacation of drainage and utility easements for Otter
Creek on Monday, October 26, 2026, at 6:30 PM at the Monticello City Hall:
Legal Descriptions:
Those drainage and utility easements as dedicated in the plats of OTTER CREEK CROSSING,
OTTER CREEK CROSSING 1ST ADDITION, OTTER CREEK CROSSING 2ND ADDITION, OTTER CREEK
CROSSING 3RD ADDITION, and OTTER CREEK CROSSING 7TH ADDITION, which lie within Outlot
B, OTTER CREEK CROSSING 2ND ADDITION and within Lot 1, Block 1, OTTER CREEK CROSSING
7TH ADDITION, all according to the recorded plats thereof, Wright County, Minnesota.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA:
1. The public hearing on the vacation of easement is set for October 26, 2026.
2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the County
Recorder.
