RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT
MONTICELLO FIRE HALL EXTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO.09CO09
WHEREAS, pursuant to receiving bids for the exterior improvements to the Monticello Fire Hall, and the following
bids were received complying with the requested specifications:

WHEREAS, it appears that Progressive Stucco, of Big Lake in Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA:
The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Progressive
Stucco, of Big Lake in Minnesota for the improvements to the exterior of the Monticello Fire Hall and all other
necessary appurtenant work, according to the specifications requested and on file at the city offices.
2. The City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the
deposits made with their bids except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next
lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
Adopted by the City Council this 28th day of September, 2009.
