RESOLUTION NO. 2008-24
A RESOLUTION UPDATING
MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET SYSTEM
FOR THE CITY OF MONTICELLO
WHEREAS, as a requisite to qualify for state aid, it is necessary that the City Council designate
certain streets within the City of Monticello to comprise a Municipal State Aid Street system; and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the City Engineer and has approved
certain streets within the City to be removed or to become a part of said systan;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MONTICELLO, ME- NESOTA AS FOLLOWS:
I . That 1fighland Way shall be removed from the City of Monticello MSAS System.
2. That Cedar Street from CSAH 75 to 7" Street shall be included as part of the City of
Monticello MSAS system.
3. That 4h Street from TH 25 to Washington Street shall be included as part of the City of
Monticello MSAS system.
4. That the City Administrator /Clerk provide a certified copy of this resolution by May 1, 2008
for transmittal to the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation.
