City Council Resolution 2007-63CITY OF MONTICELLO WRIGHT COUNTY RESOLUTION NO. 2007-63 VACATING A PORTION OF FALLON AVENUE WHEREAS, a public hearing on the vacation of a portion of Fallon Avenue right-of-way as described below was held on August 13, 2007 at 7 p.m. at the Monticello City Hall: That part of the existing Fallon Avenue to be vacated is described as follows: Commencing at the southeast comer of Lot 5, Block 2, OAKWOOD INDUSTRIAL PARK, according to the recorded plat thereof; thence North 00 degrees 11 minutes 50 seconds West, assumed bearing along the east line of said Lot 5, 523.47 feet, to the point on beginning; thence South 64 degrees 54 minutes 52 seconds East, 54.41 feet; thence South 20 degrees 33 minutes 27 seconds East, 41.86 feet, to its intersection with a line drawn parallel with and distant 87.00 feet northwesterly of the northwesterly line of Lot 1, Block 1, MONTICELLO COMMERCE CENTER FIFTH ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof; thence southwesterly, along said line drawn parallel with and distant 87.00 feet northwesterly of the northwesterly line of Lot 1, to its intersection with said east line of Lot 5; thence northerly, along said east line of Lot 5, to the point of beginning. The City of Monticello reserves a drainage and utility easement over, under and across that portion of Fallon Avenue described .above. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF M01YTICELL0, (MINNESOTA that the above described street right -of -way is vacated.
