CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND REZONING
ROLLING WOODS SECOND ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on December 1, 1998 for the
consideration of the preliminary plat of the Rolling Woods development, and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of
the preliminary plat of the Rolling Woods Development to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA, that the final plat and development agreement for Rolling Woods Second
Addition is hereby approved.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 9" day of April, 2001.
