RESOLUTION NO. 2000-54
ADOPTION OF MONTICELLO HEARTLAND EXPRESS
2001 BUDGET AND TRANSIT APPLICATION
Resolved that the City of Monticello enter into an Agreement with the State of
Minnesota to provide public transportation service in the city limits of the City of Monticello.
Further resolved that the City of Monticello agrees to provide a local share of 40 % of the
total operating cost and 20% of the total capital costs.
Further resolved that the City of Monticello authorizes the Mayor and the City
Administrator to execute the aforementioned Agreement and any amendments thereto.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 14"' day of August, 2000.
