AN ORDINANCE REZONING
OUTLOT C OF MONTICELLO BUSINESS CENTER ADDITION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO MINNESOTA HEREBY ORDAINS AS
FOLLOWS:
The Official Zoning Map of the City of Monticello is hereby amended to rezone Outlot C of
Monticello Business Center from I 1-A (light industrial) to B-4 (Regional Business).
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 12"' day of July, 2004.
