City Council Ordinance 321ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 321 CITY OF MONTICELLO WRIGHT COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 2, SECTION 2, SUBSECTIONS [FK] AND [FL], OF THE MONTICELLO ZONING ORDINANCE BY ESTABLISHING A DEFINITIONS FOR FLOOR AREA AND LIVABLE FLOOR AREA. THE CITY OF MONTICELLO DOES ORDAIN: Title 10, Chapter 2, Section 2, subsections [FK] and [FL], are hereby amended to read as follows: [FK] FLOOR AREA: The sum of the gross horizontal areas of the several floors of the building or portion thereof devoted to a particular use, including accessory storage areas located within selling or working space such as counters, racks, or closets, and any basement floor area devoted to retailing activities, to the production of processing goods, or to business or professional offices. However, the floor area shall not include: basement floor area other than area devoted to retailing activities, the production or processing of goods, or to business or professional offices.
