RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE
PROPOSED MODIFICATION, BY THE HOUSING AND
REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN AND FOR THE CITY OF
MONTICELLO, OF THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT NO. 1, THE MODIFICATION OF
THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLANS FOR TAX
INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICTS NOS. 1-1 THROUGH 1-13
AND THE ADOPTION OF THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING
PLAN FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 1-149
ALL LOCATED WITHIN REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT NO. 1.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of
Monticello, Minnesota (the "City"), as follows:
Section 1. Public Hearing. This Council shall meet on August 10, 1992,
at approximately 7:00 p.m., to hold a public hearing on the following matters: (a)
the proposed modification, by increased project costs, of the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority's (the "Authority") Redevelopment Project No. 1; (b)
the proposed modification, by increased project costs, of Tax Increment Financing
Districts Nos. 1-1 through 1-13, located within Redevelopment Project No. 1; (c)
the establishment of Tax Increment Financing District No. 1-14, located within
Redevelopment Project No. 1; (d) the proposed adoption of the Modified
Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project No. 1; (e) the proposed adoption
of the Modified Tax Increment Financing Plans for Tax Increment Financing
Districts Nos. 1-1 through 1-13 and (f) the proposed adoption of the Tax Increment
Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing District No. 1-14, all pursuant to and
in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.001 to 469.047, inclusive, as
amended, and Sections 469.174 to 469.179, inclusive, as amended.

Section 2. Notice of Hearing,; Filing of Program. The City Administrator
is authorized and directed to cause notice of hearing, substantially in the form
attached hereto as Exhibit A, to be given as required by law, to place a copy of
the proposed Modified Redevelopment Plan, Modified Tax Increment Financing
Plans and Tax Increment Financing Plan on file in the Adminstrator's office at
City Hall and to make such copy available for inspection by the public no later
than July 30, 1992.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Dan Blonigen and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof:
Ken Maus, Shirley Anderson, Dan Blonigen, Clint Herbst, Brad Fyle
And the following voted against the same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the
Council in and for the City of Monticello, Minnesota, on July 27, 1992.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council (the "Council") in and
for the City of Monticello, County of Wright, State of Minnesota, will hold a
public hearing on August 10, 1992, at approximately 7:00 p.m., at City Hall, 250
East Broadway, Monticello, Minnesota, relating to the proposed modification, by
increased project costs, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority's
Redevelopment Project No. 1 and the approval and adoption of the Modified
Redevelopment Plan relating thereto; the proposed modification, by increased
project costs, of the Modified Tax Increment Financing Plans for Tax Increment
Financing Districts Nos. 1-1 through 1-13, located within Redevelopment Project
No. 1; and the proposed adoption of Tax Increment Financing Plan relating to Tax
Increment Financing Plan No. 1-14, also located within Redevelopment Project
No. 1, all pursuant to and in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.001
to 469.047, inclusive, as amended, and Sections 469.174 to 469.179, inclusive,
as amended. A copy of the Modified Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment
Project No. 1 and Tax Increment Financing Plans for Tax Increment Financing
Districts No. 1-1 through 1-14, as proposed to be adopted at the office of the City

thereof, lying southwest of Interstate No. 94 and lying northeasterly of the
northerly right of way of Chelsea Road.
