City Council Resolution 1989-06RESOLUTION 89-6
FOR LAYOUT APPROVAL
At a meeting of the City Council of the City of Monticello, held on the
day of February, 1989, the following resolution was offered by Fran Fair
Councilmember, seconded by Dan Blonigen, Councilmember, to wit:
13th
WHEREAS, The Commissioner of the Department of Transportation has prepared
a preliminary layout for the improvement of a part of Trunk highway Number 392
renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 94 within the corporate limits of the City
of Monticello, at T.H. 25; and seeks the approval thereof, and
WHEREAS, said preliminary layouts are on file in the office of the Department
of Transportation, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified
as Layout No. 1 S.P. 8680-110 (94=392) at T.H. 25.
NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary layouts for the improvement
of said Trunk Highway with the corporate limits be and hereby are approved.
Upon the call of the roll, the following Council members voted in favor of
the resolution:
Ken Maus, Fran Fair, Warren Smith, Shirley Anderson, Dan Blonigen
The following Council members voted against its adoption:
None
whereupon the Mayor and/or the presiding officer declared the resolution
adopted.
Adopted this 13th day of February, 1989.
