NEW LICENSES AND PERMITS
RESOLUTION 1983 #90
WHEREAS, the official Code of Ordinances stipulate that fees for licenses
and permits shall be set from time to time by Council resolution.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA, that the following fees for the. licenses and permits
so designated be and .the same hereby are adopted, in accordance
with the provisions of the official Code of Ordinances:
Wine, On-Sale $245.00 per year
Wine/3.2 Beer Combination, On-Sale $400.00 per year
Gambling, annual $ 50.00 per device
Gambling, single occasion $ 20.00 per device
Transient Merchant
daily fees, independent transient
merchant $ 50.00 per day
annual fees, private premise $ 75.00 per year
daily fees, transient merchant
operating under the authority
of an annual permit $ 10.00 per day
