was held on April 27, 1981, as prescribed by law; and
WHEREAS, anyone objecting to this vacation of Oak Street had an oppor-

the best interest of the public to grant said petition;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of Monticello,
that Oak Street in Lower Monticello, lying between Hart Boulevard to the
North and Broadway Street to the South, be vacated.
Motion was made by Ken Maus, seconded by Dan Blonigen to approve this
vacation of Oak Street.
Voting in favor: Ken Maus, Dan Blonigen, Fran Fair, Arve Grimsmo.
Opposed: None
Abstaining: None
Motion carried.
