THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS WERE PRESENT; ANDERSON HICI4MAN, ADAMS, ADAMSON ANO KLEIN. AND THE FOLLOWING WERE ABSENT; NONE. THE COUNCIL CONSIDERED ALL BIDS RECEIVED ON THE STREET LIGHTING IMPROVEMENT AND AFTER DISCUSSION, THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION WAS INTRODUCED BY rJIEMBER ADAMS, WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION. RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF ORNAfJIENTAL STREET L I GHT I fJG SY~STEhlI WHEREAS, AFTER DUE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN ORNAMENTAL STREET LIGHTING SYSTEM, SUCH HEARING HAS BEEN DULY HELD ON JULY 25, t96O AND THE COUNCIL HAS HEARD ALL PERSONS DESIRING TO BE HEARD ON 7HE MATTER, AND FULLY CONSIDERED THE SAIJIE, AND V~lHEREAS, PURSUANT TO AN ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ON SAID IMPROVEMENT, BIDS WERE RECEIVED, OPENED AND TABULATED ACCORDING TO LAW, NO'dV THEREFORE, DE I T RESGLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCI L OF THE VILLAGE OF MONTICELLO, MINrJESOTA AS FOLLOWS: THAT IT IS ADVISABLE, EXPEDIENT AND NECESSARY THAT THE VILLAGE OF i'J10NTICELLO, I'IIINNESOTA CONSTRUCT THE IMPROVEMENTS AND THE SAME ARE HEREBY ORDERED.
