RESOLUTION OF 1 H1; MONTICELLO PLANNING COMMISSION FINDING
THAT THE MODIFICATION TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR 1 nE
CENTRAL MONTICELLO REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT NO.1 AND THE TAX
INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING
DISTRICT NO. 1-24 CONFORM TO 1 nE GENERAL PLANS FOR 11iE
DEVELOPMENT AND REDEVELOPMENT OF 1.t E CITY.
WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Monticello, Minnesota, (the "City") has proposed to adopt
a Modified Redevelopment Plan for Central Monticello Redevelopment Project No. 1 and a Tax Increment
Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing District No. 1-24 (collectively, the "Plans") and has submitted
the Plans to the Monticello Planning Commission (the "Commission") pursuant to Minnesota Statutes,
Section 469.175, Subdivision 3, and
WHEREAS, the Commission has reviewed the Plans to determine their conformity with the general
plans for the development and redevelopmentofthe City as described in the comprehensive plan for the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission that the Plans conform with the general
plans for the development and redevelopment of the City as a whole.
