RESOLUTION NO. 2019-22
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO THE
DESIGNATED MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET SYSTEM
FOR THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, as a requisite to qualify for state aid, it is necessary that the City Council
designate certain streets within the City of Monticello to comprise a Municipal State Aid Street system;
and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendations of the City Engineer and has
approved certain streets within the City to be removed or to become a part of said system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Monticello as follows:
1. That part of Cedar Street from 41h Street to Broadway Street (CSAH 75) shall be added to the
City of Monticello MSAS.
2. That the City Clerk provide a certified copy of this resolution by May 1, 2019 for transmittal to
the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation.
