After interviews were conducted with inalists Jeff O'Neill, Joel Dhein, and
Phyllis Boedigheimer, after which the ouncil discussed the qualifications of
each of the applicants, motion was mad by Fran Fair, seconded by Dan
Blonigen, and unanimously carried to offer the position of Assistant
Administrator to Mr. Jeff O'Neill with an annual salary of $32,000.
