The Monticello Board of Review was rec nvened at 6:30 p.m. by Mayor Arve
Grimsmo. The opening comments from th Mayor was that he would like to take
care of the public that are present th n go on to the other suggested
recommendations by the city and county staff.
1. Item #41 & 23 from attached list Mr. Leon Greenslit. Motion by Fran
Fair, second by William Fair to eave the 1988 total estimated market
value of $103,500, no change. M tion carried unanimously. PID#
