An ordinance amending section 03-040 (FEES) of
Ordinance No. 703 and entitled, "An Ordinance
Amendment to the Malt Liquor Ordinances No. 703.1'
The City Council of Monticello ordains:
Section 703.04.0 of Ordinance 703, )adopted July, 1969,
and entitled "Malt Liquor Fees" is amended to read:
Fees. All applications for licenses shall be
accompanied by the required fee for the respective
license. All such fees shall be paid to the Gen-
eral Fund of the City.
The annual fee for "on sale" licenses to a club
shall be a minimum of $70.00. The annual fee for
"on sale" licenses to all other licenses shall be
a minimum of $70.00.
The annual fee for an "off sale" license shall be
$5.00.
All licenses shall expire on the first day of
April in each year, provided that if eight months
of any licensing year have lapsed wheA the application
is made the fee shall be reduced one-half of the
regular amount thereof.
