AN ORDINANCE REZONING FROM B-3 (HIGHWAY BUSINESS DISTRICT) TO B-4
(REGIONAL BUSINESS DISTRICT) FOR LOT 4, BLOCK 1, COMMERCIAL PLAZA
25 ADDITION; APPLICANT: GREAT RIVER SPINE & SPORT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO HEREBY ORDAINS.
Section 1. The following lot is hereby amended to rezone from B-3 (highway business) to
B-4 (regional business):
Lot 4, Block I. Commercial Plaza 25 Addition, City of Monticello, Wright
County, Minnesota.
Section 2. The Official Zoning map under Title 10, Section 3.1 of the Zoning Ordinance
shall be amended accordingly.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its
passage and publication. Revisions will be made online after adoption by
Council. Copies of the complete Zoning Ordinance are available online and
at Monticello City Hall.

day of February, 2013.
