AN ORDINANCE REZONING FROM B-3 (HIGHWAY BUSINESS DISTRICT) TO B-4
(REGIONAL BUSINESS DISTRICT) FOR LOT 1, BLOCK 1, 90" STREET 2ND
ADDITION; APPLICANT: XCEL ENERGY/NORTHERN STATES POWER
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO HEREBY ORDAINS.-
Section
RDAINS.
Section 1. The following lot is hereby amended to rezone from B-3 (highway business) to
B-4 (regional business):
Lot 1, Block 1, 901h Street 2nd Addition, City of Monticello, Wright County,
Minnesota.
Section 2. The Official Zoning map under Title 10, Section 3.1 of the Zoning Ordinance
shall be amended accordingly.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its
passage and publication. Revisions will be made online after adoption by
Council. Copies of the complete Zoning Ordinance are available online and
at Monticello City Hall.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED FOR PUBLICATION BY the Monticello City Council this 11 to
day of February, 2013.
