City Hall July 14, 1975 2:00 P.M.
Present: Con Johnson, Denton Erickson, Stan Hall, Dick
Martie, Gene Walters.
1. Review of Comprehensive Plan.
Howard Dahlgren reviewed the Comprehensive Plan. Howard
recommended a future adoption of an official city map per-
taining to roads which would set aside right of ways when
future plats come into the city.
2. Public Hearing July 28th on Comprehensive Plan, Zoning and
Subdivision Ordinances.
Howard Dahlgren reviewed procedures for July 28th hearing and
stated initially the Cpmprehensive Plan would be discussed
and then a �_onin g map presented in accordance with Comprehen-
sive Plan.
3. Street Improvement - Sandy Lane.
Howard Dahlgren stated a possibility on improving this road
would have the city put in improvement and assess back property
owners on 3-5 year basis.
4. Implementation of State Fire Code pertaining to require-
ments that vacated gas tanks be filled.
Motion by Martie, seconded by Walters and unanimously carried
to have city attorney proceed against Bill's Auto Repair and
Menzel' s Station for violating the fire code.
