Members present: Con Johnson, Denton Erickson, Gene Walters,
Dick Martie.
Members absent: Stanley Hall.
Phil Pesola and William Jacobson of Design/Management Con-
struction Co. reviewed management construction approach
with council on new liquor store. Under this concept, the
firm of Design/Management Construction Co. would serve as
general contractors for the proposed new liquor store in
addition to the architects for the project.
Fee for such services would be a lump sum of $8250, ir-
respective of actual construction costs or change orders.
Phil Pesola stated the total estimated cost of the project
would be ,$170,000 inclusive of architectural fees, general
contracting services, cooler, but exclusive of exterior
lighting and furnishings and fixtures.
Motion by C. Johnson, seconded by Gene Walters and unan-
imously carried to approve Management Construction contract
for $8250.
