City Council Minutes 12-01-1975 SpecialSPECIAL MEETING OF THE MONTICELLO CITY COUNCIL
December 1 , 1975 - 2: 30 P.M.
Members present: Denton Erickson, Dick Martie, Stanley
Hall, Gene Walters.
Members absent: Con Johnson.
Public Hearing - Sanitary Sewer Extension from Locust and
Sixth Street to point 60 feet east of 6th Street and Pine
Street (Highway 25) .
Consulting engineer, John Badalich, estimated assessment
would be approximately $6.45 foot or $1850 per parcel
based upon the bids received.
Since no property owners were present, council consensus
was to write letter to 3 landowners requesting they in-
dicate number and location of services desired and to
explain depth of service to property. A response would
be requested by December 8, 1975
Motion by Gene Walters, seconded by Stan Hall and unani-
mously carried to table decision on ordering improvement
until December 8, 1975 meeting.
