RESOLUTION 2019-31
RESOLUTION APPROVING A MASTER UTILITY AGREEMENT WITH MNDOT
FOR THE T.H. 94 DESIGN BUILD PROJECT
WHEREAS, MnDOT is requesting the city enter into an agreement for utility relocations
for the TH 94 Design Build project; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Monticello, Minnesota that
the city enter into MnDOT Agreement No. 1033754 with the State of Minnesota, Department of
Transportation for the following purposes:
To provide payment by the City of Monticello to the State of Minnesota,
Department of Transportation for the Betterment of the City as requested. No
betterments are requested at this time, along the adjacent to Trunk Highway
Number 94 from MN 24 to 0.3 miles east of CSAH 39.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized
to execute the agreement and any amendments to the agreement.
