AS CABLE ORDINANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on February 11, 2019, Ordinance No. 711 was
adopted by the City Council of the City of Monticello, Minnesota. Due to the lengthy nature of
Ordinance No. 711, the following Summary Ordinance No. 711 A has been prepared for
publication as authorized by state law.
The ordinance adopted establishes certain regulations governing delivery of cable service
in the city to ensure that all cable providers are subject to comparable obligations and burdens.
