The IDC members received copy of estimated potential start-up costs for the beverage pr cessing company and a copy of comparative hook-up charges and build ng permit fees from Buffalo, Litchfield, Elk River, and Big Lake. After some discussion, Joel Winkelman made a recommendation and with the consensus of the committee to establish a couple hyp the tical examples for start-up industrial companies to determine th initial hook-up and building charges and project the water and sewer cost over a five year period. It was by consensus of the I C that the committee could not justify the cost of approxim tely $1,000 for a guest speaker considering the banquets pur ose. Mayor Grimsmo suggested Erik Fjerdingstad or Curt Ca lson. The committee asked Mayor Grimsmo to pursue the invita ion to Curt Carlson. Koropchak is to respond .to Charlie Her mann. .
