2. Hire Mark Bitzer at $8.00 an hour to work on
playground areas in Ellison Park - utilize
telephone poles from Bridgewater Telephone.
Council would review this playground area to deter-
mine if similar playground equipment should be
put in other three parks.
3. Repair and maintain restrooms in parks. It was
determined that restrooms should be padlocked
from exterior and be open from 9 A. M. to 9 P. M.
daily.
4. Designate roadways with telephone poles to keep
cars off the grass.
