Mr. Badalich indicated that of the residential property is fully developed, the exis ing sewage plant would be at maximum capacity within 5 years. The sewer plant could be expanded at the pre ent site to handle the increased flow, but this exp nsion would probably be 10-15 years sooner than orig nally predicted.
