Continuation of Public - Sanitar Sewer Extension. The Public Hearing was from the October 11, 1976 meeting to allow the VFW Club to review their position on this extension. Regular Meeting of the Council October 25, 1976 The city administrator was instructed to notify all businesses which have signs in violation of the overhanging ordinances. (See supplement 10/25/76 #1.) 9. Consideration of Curfew Ordinance. The Wright County Sheriff's Department has requested the City of Monticello consider adopting a curfew ordinance. The Sheriff's Department has indicated that the major benefit of a curfew ordinance would be to permit the police to use the ordinance as a tool in dispersing mi_nors who are I oi tering on public property all hours of the night. After considerable discussion, consensus of the council was to table a decision on a curfew ordinance for two weeks for further study. 10. The minutes of 10/11/76 were approved as read. 11. Approval of bills. D. Martie made a motion, seconded by S. Hall, and unanimously carried to approve the bills for October as presented. (See supplement 10/25/76 #2.) The public works director discussed with the council the need for a new tractor for the street department. The council instructed the public works director to report back at the next meeting with specifications for a new tractor. Motion by S. Hall, seconded by D.
