1. Call to Order.
The IDC meeting was called to order by President Kendall
at 7:04 AM.

4. Planned Industrial Develo ent Revolvin Loan Fund.
Koropchak reported Shelly ohnson, Arve Grimsmo, Joel
Winkelman, Tom Eidem, Rick Wolfsteller and herself had
met to discuss a possible evolving Loan Fund and where
the seed money may be obta ned. The city staff indicated
a possibility of seed mone from the Liquor Store Transfer
Fund. The organization or!board would be a non-profit
organization (501 C-3). Kropchak is to write goals
and objectives and check 0 procedures to become a non-
profit organization. One uggestion is to check on the
status of the Monticello D velopment Corporation.
