RESOLUTION NO. 2020-15
RESOLUTION TO AUTRHOIZE THE ACTING FINANCE DIRECTOR, OR THEIR
DESIGNEE, TO MAKE ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFERS ON BEHALF OF THE
CITY OF MONTICELLO
WHEREAS, the city passed an Electronic Funds Transfer policy on June 24, 2019; and
WHEREAS, the MN Statute 471.38 and the Electronic Funds Transfer policy require an annual
authorization of the individual allowed to make electronic funds transfers; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Monticello hereby
authorizes the Acting Finance Director, or their designee, to make electronic funds transfers on
behalf of the City of Monticello.
ADOPTED BY the Monticello City Council this 27th day of January, 2020.
